Seating & Tables

We provide ten six-foot rectangular tables, ten 60-inch round wood tables, and seating for up to 130 guests.

Prep Kitchen

Our prep kitchen offers a commercial ice machine, triple sink, refrigerator, prep table, and microwave for your convenience.

Fireside Lounge

You'll find a stone fireplace with a comfortable leather sofa and chair, creating a cozy space for relaxed conversation.

Bring a Bartender

Planning to serve alcohol? Bring a TABC-certified bartender and submit their certificate before your event.

Restrooms

We provide two spacious, on-site restrooms with modern fixtures comfortable for guests, no matter your group's size.

Outdoor Spaces

Guests can enjoy gathering on a front deck, a 15-foot back patio, and around our seasonal smokeless fire pit.

Fishing

Our fishing package offers two ways to enjoy the stocked pond on our property. With a guided trip, a licensed guide will take you out by boat for a full fishing experience.

You may also reserve rod time, which lets you fish independently at your own pace along the shoreline. Please contact us for pricing.

Fall Pumpkin Patch

Each autumn, we invite you to visit our pumpkin patch, now marking its eighth season. The patch offers a picturesque, memorable experience for guests of all ages.

Pricing & Booking

We keep our pricing straightforward, so you know exactly what to expect as you plan your event.

Venue rental is $450 for up to 50 guests for 5 hours.
Each guest beyond the first 50 is an additional $10, up to the venue’s maximum capacity of 130.
Each additional hour is $150
If you plan to serve alcohol, you'll need to arrange for a TABC-certified bartender. We will provide an off-duty police officer for the event.
Tours are available Thursday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., or by appointment.
